“Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Richmond had some true highlights, starting with a perfect, convenient location that made getting around effortless. The customer service was genuinely warm and attentive, and that made a real difference throughout our visit. That said, the property itself feels a bit older and could use some upkeep. In our room, we experienced a few maintenance issues that affected comfort: the tub would back up during showers, the sink had a noticeable leak, and some basic……

“The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.”

“Everything about the facility is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The breakfast service was clean, well- stocked, and flavorful. We'll definitely stay here if we're in Richmond again.”

“Place was dirty. It had an odor. The bedding was dirty looking. The bed also looked like someone tried to make it up then laid on top of the comforter. Chair leg was broken.”

“Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised to see that our room had been serviced while out for a day at the theme park. Since covid this is rare. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel.”

“Great place to stay after a long day at Kings Dominion! Place was nice, clean, quiet! Front desk staff and housekeepers were all very nice and friendly! Breakfast was great and the lady stocking the breakfast was very nice and helpful! Will 100% stay again! Such a nice property tucked off the main road!”

“-Cleaning was not provided the entire week -Towels were not changed when we arrived from previous guest. -Elevator was out of order for portions of the trip -Smell (smelled like weed or spoiled flooring) -Key cards (were constantly deactivating) -Sticky floor -Shower noise (a screeching high pitched noise) -Cold hair dryer -Broken faucet - Out or order business center”

“They let us have our goldendoodle, they were quick to accompany us when we asked for a ground floor room. Very nice safe area to walk our dog at night.”
